I wish there was a way to make summer last forever. The late evenings, golden light, and warm weather are easily some of my favorite things in the world. Don’t get me wrong, the fall here in MI is such a beautiful thing, but there’s just something about these summer nights that makes my heart happy.
I had so much fun running around this location over in Battle Creek, MI with this crew. I used to shoot here A LOT when I first started doing photography… so much that I actually got completely burned out of it and truly never thought I’d ever step foot back. It’s been YEARS since I ventured here and it felt so good to be back. It was so much fun hitting a few familiar spots throughout the park, and I loved finding new spots. I’m going to be offering a few mini sessions for later on this month at this location so if you’re interested in that, let me know.
Thanks Petter family for spending your evening with me and for choosing me to help document this fleeting time in your lives.
